How to use Inbound Page manage inbound shipments

What we can do in this page?
1. Add Tab for specific filters
2. Custimize table view
3. Check Ocean shipment detail and manage the timelines.
4. Check Ground shipment detail and manage the timelines.
5. Check Air shipment detail and manage the timelines.


Below are the instructions in detail:
1. Add Tab for specific filters
Click "New Tab" to add new tab

Right Click the tab name to edit its name or delete it.

Click Show Filter to set the filters for this tab

2. Custimize table view
Click on Manage Properties to open the properties management

Create a new property group first

Then you can arrange the location and enable / disable each property

*** Each property will be save based on each tab. So each tab will have its unique filter and property.

3. Check Ocean shipment detail and manage the timelines.
There are 37 columns for each container,
MBL - Master bill of lading #
CNTR# - Container #
Operation Type - Operation Type indicate it is in house DO or DE DO.
DO# - DO number
Speed - Speed means how soon this container was pickup, from its ready date to its pickup date.
Status - Current status of this container.
Service Type - what type of service is define for this container.
OP - Who is the operator for this container.
Sales - Who is the sales for this conatiner.
Customer - customer
Pierpass - for LA port, if the pierpass paid or not.
POD - port of discharge.
IR - Intermodal region, it can be same with POD if it is a port shipment.
Terminal - terminal of the container need to be pickup. Showing as firm code.
POD ETA - port of discharge ETA
IR ETA - IR ETA
Release Status - if this conatiner was released or not.
Trouble Status - if there is any trouble need to mark.
Extra Costs - if any extra cost happened. need to be record.
Term Ready - Terminal ready date.
LFD - Last Free Day
PU# - PU#
WHS - Delivery to warehouse.
Apt - Apt time with terminal.
Out Gate - Outgate date.
SKD - Schedule delivery date to warehouse.
DEL - actual delviery date to warehouse.
Empty - empty date
Notify - nofify trucker empty date
Return - Empty returned date.
Chassis - Chassis usage system calculate
Perdiem Check - Checked peridme or not
Trucker - trucker name.
Remark - any remark for this container
Act - accounting.
DOC - documents related to this container.
LOG - history log.
